Job Description:
A company is looking for an Omnichannel Lead to join their
Oncology or Women's Health department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust Marketing Mix Models (MMM) in Python to
inform investment decisions
Build scalable Next Best Action / Next Best Engagement models to
optimize omnichannel performance
Partner with media agencies and brand teams to integrate complex
digital media data into modeling efforts
Required Qualifications
Strong Python programming skills with experience in developing
statistical models
Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling with proven business
impact
Experience with digital marketing data and healthcare datasets
Familiarity with personalization models or recommender systems in a
healthcare context
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence
across teams
