Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Documentation Team
Lead (Remote - CA, OR, WA & ID).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the integrity of loan documentation for various commercial
loan types and ensure compliance with credit approval terms and
regulatory requirements
Manage and coordinate the Doc Prep pipeline and departmental
projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work
Provide training and support to team members on loan documentation
processes and software usage
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; equivalent combination of education
and experience may be considered
4 or more years of experience in commercial loan servicing
required
2 or more years of supervisory or management experience
required
Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation and related
software
Solid understanding of financial contracts and regulatory
compliance related to loan servicing
