A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative -
Credit Card Spanish Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support through various
communication channels
Handle a broad range of financial transactions accurately and
efficiently
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
and participate in personal development activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of related customer service experience or equivalent work
experience
Ability to assist customers in both Spanish and English
Must have PC skills and the ability to learn relevant technology
and software applications
Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for
employer sponsorship
