Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Intake Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Open and review new Legal Referrals in the internal case management
software
Download and verify necessary documents from client systems and
PACER
Request and follow up on missing information to ensure timely file
processing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
Prior Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment
Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and
the Internet
Organized and capable of multi-tasking effectively
