A company is looking for a Fitness Coach - Online.
Key Responsibilities
Coach 25-40+ remote clients through established systems for
strength, nutrition, and habit change
Deliver personalized 1:1 support and conduct regular check-ins
using video and messaging
Track client progress, adjust programs based on feedback, and
ensure client engagement
Required Qualifications
Current personal training certification from a nationally
recognized organization
At least 5 years of coaching experience or 5,000+ client hours
Specialized training in nutrition, behavior change, or women's
health
Experience managing 25-40 clients with proven results
Strong time management skills and high emotional intelligence
