A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to
enhance its expansion efforts by recruiting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the talent acquisition process from role scoping to
candidate nurturing
Collaborate with hiring managers to filter applications and conduct
initial screening calls for multiple roles
Optimize interview processes and support hiring managers in
designing relevant tasks and challenges
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition within tech or startup
environments
Experience managing the end-to-end hiring process
Knowledge of hiring technical roles, particularly in product and
engineering
Comfortable with headhunting and cold outreach for candidate
sourcing
Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and urgency in
work
