Job Description:
A well known company is seeking an upbeat Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years experience. This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer and client support, troubleshooting system issues, answering incoming phone calls and emails (among other duties). Qualified candidates will have: 2 years Customer Service Representative experience. Ability to keep calm in stressful situations, and de-escalating calls. Experience working with other businesses taking and processing orders. Excellent verbal communication and written correspondence. Multi-tasking, time management, and problem solving skills.
