Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings
  
  
• 
  Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed
  
  
• 
  Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems
  
  
• 
  Conduct facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
  
  
• 
  Use logic controllers to diagnose and resolve issues
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  
  
  Skills:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Strong welding skills, electrical, plumbing
    
    
  • 
    Leadership abilities to supervise other maintenance staff
    
    
  • 
    Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients
    
    
  • 
    Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
    
    
  • 
    Experience in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
    
    
  • 
    Ability to maintain logic controllers for efficient operation
    
    
  • 
    Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members
