Job Description:

A company is looking for a Departmental Technician 7-E9 in the Provider Relations Section.
Key Responsibilities

Enroll and update enrollment information for eligible medical providers in compliance with licensing and regulations
Research and analyze documents and data to determine eligibility for Medicaid enrollment
Prepare and edit enrollment data and production reports while addressing issues raised by medical providers and organizations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school completion is typically required
One year of experience performing administrative support activities equivalent to the 7-level in state service
One year of experience as a technician or paraprofessional equivalent to the entry level in state service for the 8-level
One year of experience as a supervisor of administrative support activities equivalent to the 9-level in state service
Two years of experience as a technician or paraprofessional, including one year at the intermediate level, may substitute for some experience requirements
