A company is looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst,
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scope and requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to
understand business needs and priorities
Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized items, ensuring alignment on
release and delivery plans
Guide business system analysts in elaborating requirements,
authoring stories, and defining acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance
Experience with personal lines IT property and casualty insurance
projects
Understanding of emerging technologies to enhance customer
satisfaction
Knowledge of data concepts and data transformation across
platforms
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions with minimal
guidance
