Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Compliance Analyst to ensure
adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret regulations and laws affecting the company's
operations and services
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in
collaboration with various teams
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments, and prepare
compliance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or
related field
Paralegal certificate preferred
3+ years of experience in corporate regulatory compliance
Proficiency with legal databases and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and audit processes
