Key Responsibilities
Assist personnel with Level 1 IT support requests through various
channels
Conduct initial troubleshooting and escalate unresolved incidents
as necessary
Document customer interactions and verify ticket closure for
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in deskside support
ITIL certification preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen
