Job Description:
A company is looking for a 340B Analyst to manage compliance and
program integrity within the 340B Drug Discount Program.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and ensure compliance with
HRSA requirements
Provide training and support for pharmacy operations to maximize
340B compliance and savings
Conduct internal audits and data analysis to identify risks and
ensure adherence to regulations
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance,
Information Technology, Pharmacy, or related field
1-2 years of experience with pharmacy 340B required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Advanced knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program and healthcare
billing regulations
Experience with 340B Split Billing Software and/or manual 340B
operations
