Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructor Analyst to design,
develop, and deliver training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess learner needs and ensure training aligns with organizational
goals
Facilitate on-site and remote training sessions, ensuring content
is engaging and accurate
Create and update training materials and eLearning modules to
reflect best practices and operational changes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare administration or
customer service, and/or 1 year in training or education
Minimum of 2 years' experience with MS Office Suite
Experience in Public Healthcare and Provider Enrollment
preferred
Previous experience in training, education, or instructional design
is advantageous
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
