Key Responsibilities
Design and administer scalable commission plans aligned with

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commissions accounting and sales
reporting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related
field
Strong understanding of enterprise software compensation
structures
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
