Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Specialist to
support its expansion in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate sales forecasting and analytics to identify
trends
Ensure data integrity and manage pipeline in CRM systems
Drive sales initiatives and support the SDR team with performance
insights
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), and CRM platforms
(HubSpot/Salesforce)
Experience with sales SaaS tools and at least 2-3
implementations
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, accounting, finance, and
customer success
Deep knowledge of key business KPIs and ability to analyze
trends
Strong project management skills with the ability to create and
execute structured plans
