while achieving solutions. Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside
Sales Representative, to help support our growing Regional Sales
team in the Premises segment. This role requires tight interaction
with sales, marketing, operations, and product management teams.
You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, managing our
software-based renewal cycle, supporting pipeline hygiene and deal
velocity, upselling complimentary products, as well as ensuring
operational excellence in order fulfilment. A key component to this
role is building, maintaining, and expanding a strong relationship
with our partner base and customers. Success in this role requires
the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a willingness to
learn the ins and outs of our business, and a self-motivated

and maintains strong partner & end user account relationships which
includes understanding needs, resolving customer issues,
identifying sales opportunities, providing product feature
knowledge, as well as understanding the marketplace and competition
· Manages license administration and renewal cycle for Hirsch’s
software-based products within designated territory · Supports
Regional Sales reps in designated territory with managing the sales
cycle for run rate business ( · Utilizes product knowledge to
configure price quotes in Salesforce and partners with
cross-functional teams to execute all internal processes related to
the order fulfillment cycle · Maintains integrity of accounts,
opportunity, and contact data within Salesforce · Conducts ad hoc
activities to support Sales segment. Requirements · Familiar with
Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook,
etc.)· 2 years of sales, sales development, and/or customer service
experience is preferred. · Establishes and maintains effective
relationships with customers/partners and gains their trust and
respect. · Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced &
changing environment · Proven track record of responding quickly to
customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner. ·
High attention to detail · Willingness to learn, grow, and be
coached · Strong Salesforce knowledge required · Familiar with
Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook,

Your base salary plays a vital role in our comprehensive
compensation structure, and it is established within a specific
range. This structure allows for advancement as you gain experience
and evolve in your role. Your salary and compensation will be
determined based on various factors, including your geographical
location, skill set, educational background, and work experience.
In the spirit of openness regarding compensation, the salary range
for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 with an on-target earnings
of up to $84,000. The total compensation package includes:
