Job Description:
An award-winning, critical-access hospital, just 45 minutes from
Santa Barbara, are seeking a Non-invasive Cardiologist to practice
in an outpatient setting. This position includes a 4.5-day work
week with an opportunity to read Echo, Stress Tests, perform TEE's,
and more. The Position: • Work/life balance role: average of 12-14
PPD in clinic, no hospital rounding or consulting • Monday-Thursday
schedule, 1/2 day on Friday • Just 3 call days per month shared
with the local group of 6 cardiologists; low call burden • Nearby
sister hospital offers robust sub-specialty support including 6
other Cardiologists, CT Surgery and a full structural program •
Compensation includes a Base Salary with incentive bonuses into the
$600K range • Down payment housing assistance up to $500K, 6 months
of Housing Stipends, $40K Sign-on Bonus, Full Benefits, PTO,
