Description: Key ResponsibilitiesSimulator-Based Training & Clinical Education
--- Deliver hands-on simulator training for physicians and sales reps across the U.S.
--- Lead setup, use, and maintenance of simulators at hospitals, conferences, and training sessions.
--- Educate stakeholders on product use through real-world simulations and clinical insights.Demo Tool & Asset Management
--- Manage demo tool strategy, including inventory, regional assignments, logistics, and vendor coordination.
--- Oversee urgent shipments, repairs, and quality control of demo assets.
--- Forecast usage needs and maintain proper stock levels across regions.Product & Market Expertise
--- Act as a subject matter expert for product portfolio and interventional techniques.
--- Support marketing through competitive tool analysis and demo improvement based on user feedback.
--- Develop educational content and materials to promote tool usage and product adoption.Collaboration & Program Oversight
--- Provide field feedback to Japan's Global Downstream Marketing and R&D teams to guide tool development.
--- Evaluate training ROI and track the impact on sales and product uptake.
--- Support distributor training in key international regions as needed.Requirements: Experience--- Preferred 5+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, preferably in cardiology, peripheral, or interventional radiology
--- Proven ability to manage teams and lead cross-functional projects
--- Demonstrated success in launching products and executing go-to-market strategies
--- Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and sales performance evaluation
--- Experience overseeing the full product lifecycle, from development to launch
--- Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
--- Effective collaboration with sales teams to drive marketing success and revenue growth. - Nursing experience welcomed - Up to 40% travel - Hybrid


Compensation details: 115000-135000 Yearly Salary
