A company is looking for a Family Law Attorney to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody,
and support
Conduct initial client consultations and develop strategic case
plans
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials, primarily
virtual
Qualifications:
Active license and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar
2+ years of experience in family law preferred
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote
environment
Committed to providing empathetic, solution-oriented client
service
